Vintage 90s layered button up maxi dress. Love the true green polka dot contrasted with white. The waist has a unique button up closure and triple tie detail to cinch the waist. Tag is cut. Best fits a M. Seen on Justina (the waist was able to be cinched for the photos but it fit pretty loose on the chest— would fit best on somebody with a larger chest size).
