Vintage 70s embroidered folk dress. Beautiful texture and color palette with a bright red contrast stitching. Not quite sure how the chest is supposed to be worn as the edges seem to want to hang. Has a built in button-closure belt to cinch the waist. By Montgomery Ward/ JC Penney Fashions. Best fits an XXS-XS. Seen on Carmen (fit was too small on models waist, pinned the belt as it would not reach the button at the side waist) & Justina (fit was great, just had the floppy chest bits).
