Returns are only accepted if the item(s) have been incorrectly described, measured, pictured, etc.
These items are usually 20-50 years old & have a history as unique as us. We do our best to take note of damages but these pieces are pre-loved & one of a kind. Sometimes minors flaws can slip through the cracks.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We offer package insurance through Route for a small fee of ~1%. In the case of a lost or stolen package we are happy to help you in taking the steps to file a claim. Since we are a small business with a one person team, we do not operate on a scale where we can offer free returns or package insurance.
Accepted returns will receive full store credit and the buyer will pay return shipping unless otherwise stated.
All chainmaille pieces are guaranteed meaning if at any point you need a simple adjustment made or to fix a loose link, broken clasp, etc. we will fix it for free! Shoot us an email or Instagram DM to set it up. We just ask that you cover the shipping costs.
